Every account gets a unique email address. Forward receipts from your inbox, or attach them directly. Spencer also works via Telegram if you prefer.
Spencer reads and understands it
Spencer extracts the merchant, amount, date, and currency — from a PDF, an image, or plain email text.
It finds the matching expense in FreeAgent
Spencer searches your FreeAgent transactions for the most likely match. If it's confident, it files immediately. If not, it flags it for your review.
Receipt attached, expense explained
The receipt is uploaded to FreeAgent and attached to the expense. Your books stay tidy without you lifting a finger.
You're notified on Telegram (optional)
If you've connected Telegram, Spencer drops you a short message when it's done — or when something needs your attention.
